Growth Opportunity

We've been heavily focused on performance marketing and native ads. Therefore, Facebook, Google and Amazon are massive untapped opportunities for the brand, as well as fitness influencers.

Another big one is content marketing and PR but we've spent zero time on it. Especially if focusing on the DTC aspect of the fitness watch and how it's taking on big-name fitness brands, this could be great PR fodder and help to more organically grow the business.

For the innovation-minded buyer: we had explored creating a more customized fitness watch to better compete with Fitbit, Apple, etc. but at a lower price (i.e. the traditional D2C/'cut out the middleman' process), but hadn't moved forward due to manufacturing pieces that we didn't fully understand.
