Due to cash flow reasons, we haven’t been able to order most of our products in bulk and fulfill ourselves or via a 3PL. I would recommend the next owner to start ordering products in bulk, to offer a greater customer experience.

Our influencer marketing strategy will be a must - month over month, it has proven to give us between 3-5x ROI. Allocating more capital in this area will enable guaranteed growth, using our existing Rolodex of partners, as well as finding new influencers to work with. Starting to scale on paid social media, such as Facebook and Tiktok, is something that we have not focused on due to being under-resourced. The store has a great conversion rate, with a good AOV to make it work on paid media.

In terms of growing our affiliate network relationships, so far we are on the ShareASale platform. Results are slow but it is a long term game, with attention needed to growing and nurturing affiliate relationships. We get on average, $300 a month.

Selling on Amazon - Although we are set up on Amazon, and do get a low amount of sales every month, the platform is huge and has exponential potential. Due to budget restraints, we have not had the chance to delve into this channel any further.
