Our company is designed to streamline communication between tech-savvy and less technical team members. We have products for the web, mobile devices, desktops, and other platforms. Our company leverages emerging technology and cutting-edge R&D, and we're therefore well-positioned to help shape the direction of this industry.

Tech Stack

React, Javascript, Golang, Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform. Our code is up-to-date. We do refactoring as part of every sprint to ensure all code is fully optimized. We use GitHub for our code repositories, and we've ensured that all the technical documentation is complete to ensure easy onboarding for new engineers. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). We recently expanded our sales efforts- we use a combination of Zoho and other tools, but we're still evaluating a variety of options.

FullStory- this is a great visual tool for understanding the customer's digital experience, but is less technical (it's a somewhat different use case, and some of our customers use FullStory and our products).
LogRocket- good product for frontend monitoring, and some of our customers use our product in conjunction with LogRocket, but we offer a lot more technical data.
BugHerd- some good annotation capabilities, but the reports include a much more limited amount of technical data.
Capture for Jira- essentially this is just a screen capture & annotation tool, but it's popular because it was created by Atlassian. Our products have all of their functionality, plus all the technical data and diagnostic capabilities, and so much more.
Usersnap- great tool for collecting feedback from customers, but of limited utility for engineers & QA trying to debug issues.
The old way of doings things: we often find that our greatest competitor is the "old way" of just taking screenshots on your computer and trying to write out your feedback. Once we demonstrate to our clients what they can accomplish by using best-in-class products (like ours), they quickly understand the value of our products.

Growth Opportunity

Our company has a fully developed product with significant advantages in the marketplace. We have a registered patent, with additional patents pending, and we are well-positioned to be a leading player in the B2B software space.

Companies are investing more and more dollars on debugging their applications, providing superior customer support, and improving the user experience – partly because software failures cost roughly $2 trillion in financial losses. That’s why companies pay the public for reporting bugs (e.g. Microsoft’s bug bounty reward goes as high as $250,000). Our tools fit perfectly with these growing priorities.

We also fit right into the agile product development process. 75% of a developer’s time is spent debugging, and fixing a bug takes 30x longer than writing one line of code. We reduce the amount of time it takes to diagnose problems, and our strong array of project management and collaboration tools make it super easy for technical and non-technical team members alike to communicate.

The ideal customers are software engineers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance and customer support representatives. Potential for partnerships and new clients include bug bounty programs, ethical hackers, web design & development classes and coding bootcamps, security researchers, data analysts, software development agencies, and more. We've begun to shift our focus from product development to marketing & sales; the biggest growth opportunity comes from strengthening the sales funnel, improving conversions, and growing the team.

The total market size is significant, and it’s growing every year: the automation testing marketplace is expected to grow to $49.9B by 2026, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19.2%. The bug tracking marketplace is expected to grow to $601.64M by 2026, registering a CAGR of 13.6%. Customer experience/support software is a $350B industry. Our company can play a role in all these and other areas.
